John's AC technicians are very professional, thorough and NEVER try to sell you products or services you don't need. This company is one of the few that actually care about their reputation and their customers. Hats off to John for hiring quality, caring individuals that follow his example of being honest and trustworthy. I personally used them and I had another company tell me I needed to replace my unit, John's AC did a service and the AC is still running great. I referred them to a friend and she was impressed as well. Again, they did not try to sell her anything she did not need. John's AC has restored my faith that their are still good businesses out there. Keep up the great work. ?

This is the second time we have used John's A/C service. Both times the service was rendered within a couple of hours of my call for help. Both times were, of course, after hours. Keiland Smith is the service man who responded to our problem. He was professional, courteous informative as to how we can avoid the problem we had. He also signed us up for regular maintenance for our A/C to assure we don't have any major problems in the future. I highly recommend John's Air Conditioning and Heating Service.

Cindy at the office was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Best of all, she squeezed us in for an appointment on the same day I called! Keiland, the technician, arrived right on time, checked the HVAC system of our new house, installed a new filter and showed us how to do it, gave us advice on pouring bleach versus vinegar into system, and walked us through using our digital thermostat to set up humidity controls as well as temperatures for different times of day. He too was very friendly and professional. Great company to worth with!

John's is very customer oriented. They installed our current A/C unit 4 years ago and, the few times it's had problems, they have been easy to work with and very professional. I had a medical issue earlier this year where I was in the hospital for multiple weeks. During that time my parents called on them to fix an issue, where John came out himself to complete the work so my parents wouldn't have to deal with a hot house. The most recent scenario, the service manager (Keiland Smith) came to the house and immediately got to work to find out that we had a controller card that was fried. Rather than making us wait until they got the part, he made some modifications to get us by until the part was available. I have worked with multiple AC vendors in the area and they are without a doubt the most trustworthy I have ever worked with.

Working with johns was excellent and will use them from now on for all my needs. Kentland Smith was very informative and was very responsive, he had the knowledge and resources to make it a painless process. Nothing but top notch service all around.

I have used John's Air Conditioning before so l know l would be treated fair. I noticed my house was hot and it said it was 84 inside. I called them at 12 pm and by 4.30 this nice gentleman named Garret fix it it in less than 15 minutes. He was great . They will always have my business

I just want to say that this company is very customer service oriented. Called at 3 when my AC went down. Garret came within 90 minutes after saying it would be by six. Great service and customer service. They also offer a 10 year parts and labor warranty which came in handy today.

I have been a John's A/C customer for the past few years. This year, the Service Manager, Mr. Keiland Smith, performed my annual system check-up. He offered much good advice for maintaining my system. He knows a lot about A/C systems and explained the advantages of a UV light to improve the air quality and security...and offered to add the light right then! Overall great technical service, knowledgeable staff, great customer service...I'll stay with John's A/C!

Wonderful Service!!!! We contacted John's on a Saturday and they were able to send out someone Monday afternoon. Garrett was super nice and polite. The blower on our air handler went out and the motor was covered under warranty. Thank you so much John's AC!!!

I have found John's air-conditioning service to be extremely honest and a reputable company. I had an exceptionally great experience with one of their technicians recently when my mothers air-conditioning system was having some problems. I am an electronics manufacturer and technician and sometimes do some diagnosis on air-conditioning systems for myself and friends and family although I am not a certified technician. I went over to my mothers house and was able to figure out what was wrong with her unit prior to John's technician arriving at her house. When he got there and saw that I had figured out the problem he was very gracious and actually helped me by giving me some wire nuts and sheet metal screws. He could not have been any nicer. He didn't even charge me for the service call! It is very refreshing to see a company that is honest and straightforward with their customers and tries to be helpful in resolving problems. I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to call them in the future.

We have used John's Air Conditioning for several years. Always quick to respond and resolve the problem from minor to major. Everyone from John's has been polite and courteous, super staff. Our condenser went out during extreme heat, John's came out the same day. They worked late into the evening to get the new unit up and running. Can't thank them enough. Super service and commitment to their clients.
